BOB COLVIN MEMORIAL
GOLF TOURNAMENT – JULY 21, 2018
We had a beautiful sunny day with a nice cool breeze this year at Belmont in Langley for the Bob Colvin Memorial Golf Tournament. Belmont played a great host once again. We would like to thank them for all their hard work and the delicious steak dinner.
Closest to the Pin winners were Mark Genereux on hole #5 and Trevor Dekeruzec on hole #12. Teejay Andrychuk crushed it on hole #6 to win the Long Drive as did Darren Nellness on hole #18. The winners this year were Mark Genereux and Hugh Gordon with a score of 68. They each took home a pair of Local 280 directors chairs.
Door prizes this year were provided by G&F Financial, MNP, SMACNA, Ridge Sheet Metal,Summit Sheet Metal, Austin Metal Fabricators, Apollo Sheet Metal, Keith Panel Systems, Allied Blower, Northwest Sheet Metal and newly retired Business Representative Dan Burroughs who donated a Local 280 directors chair.
On behalf of our Business Manager-Financial Secretary Treasurer Jim Paquette, Business Representatives Ken Elworthy, Troy Clutchey and myself Richard Mangelsdorf, we would like to thank all of our members and guests that participated and all those that donated time or prizes for making this another successful tournament.
